The scope
We’ve been engaged to deliver all hydraulic services for this luxury waterfront home — a multi-level build designed with premium finishes and limited access. Our scope includes:
- In-ground sewer and stormwater
- Hot and cold water service installation
- Gas rough-in and connection
- Above-ground rough-in and full fit-off
With tight site conditions and detailed architectural features, early coordination has been critical. We're working closely with the builder to ensure seamless delivery and a clean finish that supports the design without compromise.
