Our Story

Baker Plumbing Services was established in 2024, following Mitch's decision to take over half of his father’s long-standing and well-respected plumbing business. With strong family roots in the trade and a vision to build something modern and scalable, Mitch set out to bring a new level of professionalism to the industry.

After completing his plumbing apprenticeship, Mitch pursued a Bachelor of Construction Management at Western Sydney University. Not long after, he was offered a project management cadetship with Tier One builder Multiplex, where he spent three years gaining firsthand experience delivering large-scale commercial projects. This time on the other side of the fence gave Mitch a unique perspective on what builders, developers, and project managers really need from their subcontractors - and what it takes to run complex jobs successfully.

Baker Plumbing Services was born from that insight. We combine practical trade experience with Tier One project management systems, processes, and expectations. From quoting through to handover, our team is structured, proactive, and focused on adding value - not just ticking boxes.

We’ve built our business around strong communication, reliable delivery, and a genuine understanding of how to work with builders, not against them. As we grow, our commitment remains simple: do things properly, operate with integrity, and build long-term partnerships with clients who value quality work and clear outcomes.
