The scope
Ambyne involved delivering all plumbing services for Miranda House — a custom architectural home with complex detailing and spatial constraints. Our works included:
- In-ground stormwater and sewer
- Hot and cold water service installs
- Gas rough-in and final fit-off
- Full above-ground rough-in and fixture install
Working alongside the builder and architect, we coordinated closely to conceal services within tight ceiling voids and curved wall sections. The result is a fully integrated hydraulic system that supports the home’s design — without compromise.
